I thought that having a single would be so awesome, I would be able to go to bed when I wanted to, get my work done when I wanted to and then be social when I wanted to be. Boy was I wrong. Don't get me wrong, I love the girls on my floor, but wholy shit they are loud sometimes. I think I have been woken up more times in the short time that I have been there to hear complete overshares of personal information that I could have ever possibly fathomed. Little tidbits that I NEVER needed to know include such things as how many times a day people have had bowel movements and the consistancy of those bowel movements, how big someones boyfriends penis is, how much armpit hair someone had and the fact that they were crazy to hook up with someone the night before with that much armpit hair and the fact that someones boyfriend PEED the bed and then let HER sleep in it, just to name a few. If I don't get a good night sleep soon I think that the little bit of sanity I have left will most def go out the window. I am actually contemplating renting a hotel room for the night just so that I can sleep! One night everyone was so effing loud that I couldn't fall asleep until 4:30am and then was woken up every 2 hours to people screaming. I def did not get out of bed that day until 4 pm just so that I could atleast feel like I slept a lot. If anyone in the near vicinity of Delaware has a quiet room that I could sleep in, that would be much appreciated.

(What I said) Stop trying to make me out to be the bad one. You are still the one that left me and Matt up in Avon, which you insisted over and over again that we should do in the first place, and made up a story to tell other people so that you appeared to be the one that was wronged. So let's just clear this up now. I was not having sex in the back seat of your car and Matt was not drunk when he yelled at you. Moreover, you have yet to apologize to either of us. And even if you did, I still wouldn't want to talk to you. So take a hint.

I have NEVER said that you two had sex in the back seat of my car - I know what your views are on that issue and would never say you two did it. Also, I have attempeted to appologize to you a million times, but you won't let me. Also, when my dad told me to come home, I needed to do what I was told - and really, having your grandma take you home the next day is not the end of the world - it's not like i deserted you in the middle of no where.
What I say back:
My grandmother had just gotten out of the hospital for falling down a full flight of stairs at the age of 82 almost 83. So it was a big deal for her to be driving 120 miles round trip to take me home when she wasn't even supposed to be driving in the first place. Moreover, you had made up your mind that you were going home long before you called your dad. And lastly, you have made a weak attempt to say sorry to me and you have made no attempt to say sorry to matt. So why on earth would i want to "work it out" with someone who not only disrespects my grandmother, but my entire family, including me and matt. You have absolutely no respect or sense of responsibility to anyone but yourself. |

I am not trying to sound preachy, i was just thinking about this and wanted to write it down.
With high school coming to a close, it is time for all of us to grow up, both physically and mentally. We all have to stop backstabbing and spreading rumors and lying just to get people to like us. We all need to be ourselves, because that is what is going to get us far in life. In 10 years it won't matter who was homecoming queen or most likely to be famous, all that will matter are our acomplishments. Who we are as humans starts now and I know I want to be remembered well. It is our time to mature and start acting like adults, as well as have the time of our lives. We have to start taking responsiblity for our actions and to live up to the consequences of those actions. We have to start learning about the world around us, and learn that our actions affect those around us as well. We also have to remember where we came from and who we are. That while we are growing up, we should remember our roots and morals. Even though we might be at school and we might grow as people, we shouldn't not be who we have always been. I am scared shitless of losing who I am. Even though I know I will be the same person, I don't want to compromise my morals and lose sight of everything that I have wanted for so long. And I know that I will miss everyone, some more than others, but no one knows you at school. You could be whoever you wanted to be and it might be against everything you have stood for for so long, but no one would know any different. I could some back with dreadlocks, rings through various body parts and be completely unshaven, and only you would find that out of the ordinary for me, yes others would find it weird and kind of sketchy, but not for me. That just boggles my mind, and I have no idea where I was going with this, but whatever. Anywho, I think happy hour just started, so i am off (somewthing between me and lyss).

Well the past two days has been quite...hectic.
First I was told that I had lyme disease and had to be put on evil medicine that doesn't let me sleep, eat, or be out in the sun.
And then my evil g-rents left and the nice one came to stay while my parents were on a cruise in Spain. However, while my gma was walking up the stairs last night, she fell down the entire flight of stairs. For those of you who don't know what my house is like, the front stairs has two parts to it, the first part has like 2 stairs and then there is a landing, then the second part of the stairs goes up to the second story and she was at the top of the second part and fell all the way down to the landing where she collided with the wall and the banister. I will spare you all the gross details, but the ambulance was there within 10 minutes and then she was off to the emergency room. My little brother and I then went to the hospital to find out what was going on. Matt beat us there and Patricia Lowe was there shortly. By the time we got to the hospital and found anything out, it was close to 2 in the morning. So to pass time we made up stories about all the sketchy people in the ER. It was quite humorous. I was then dragged out of the ER at 3 by Matt and the staff, saying that if i didn't go home, that they would have to admit me to the hospital as well. So we ditched my car and Matt drove me back to Patty's house where he tucked me into my bed with their wittle dog Maggie and I tried to sleep. I really don't know what I would have done without him last night. Even though he has to be somewhere at 8:30 this morning and then drive 7 hours up to Maine this afternoon, he stayed with me until 4 in the morning.
And if you know me at all, you know that I didn't sleep all that much and was up again at 8:30, mostly due to people calling me to find out what was going on. Due to the fact that my car was still at the hospital, I was stuck until anyone else woke up at 11. I then spent the rest of the day at the hospital trying to stay awake, which I did, much to my dismay. I finally left around 7, so that I could come home and take my meds and get some sleep. On that note, I am off to bed, and hopefully getting some sleep, fingers crossed.

Valentine's Day started out really bad, due to my lack of sleep and just left over anger from the weekend. But then around 1:30 that all changed. Matt picked me up from school, and as soon as I saw him my day got so much better. I know that I can be happy without him, but he just makes me smile. And to make things even better, on the front seat was a gorgeous bouquet of red and white roses. Due to the rain we went up to his house in Bethel. And I would just like to say that his bro and mom are awesome. So we layed around talking and such. He says the cutest things, but in the interest of everyone's stomach I will not share. But he had to work. BOO!! He gets the crappiest shifts. He had to work thanksgiving, he had to open on new years day, he had to work the super bowl, and now v-day. Grrrrrr. But atleast he has our anniversary off. I think we are gonna go into the city, it should be uber amounts of fun! But then I have to go to Utah. I know that I should want to go, but I would much rather just stay home and sleep and hang out with friends. I'm def gonna be on the phone all the damn time. Gahh...I have been doing NOTHING since I got home. Homework time.

I am sooo happy right now that words can't even explain it. Let's just say that I have been drinking way to much starbucks in the past two days! If you want details, just ask.
